From a coffee receipt to 12 million wallets.

Loyal Aura was founded on a single insight — the loyalty card already lives in the customer's pocket. We just had to put it somewhere they wouldn't lose it.

2022

An idea, scribbled on a coffee receipt

A neighborhood coffee bar lost a regular to a punch-card mishap. We sketched something better the next morning — a card that lived in the phone, refreshed itself, and remembered the customer better than the staff could.

2023

First hundred merchants

Independent cafés, salons, and gyms — all with the same problem: paper cards that vanished and apps no one wanted to install. Apple Wallet became our canvas.

2024

Going global

Stripe-native subscriptions, Google Wallet parity, multi-language storefronts. Loyal Aura now powers loyalty programmes in 37 countries — without merchants needing a single line of code.

2026

Where we're going next
