Loyal Aura LLC uses cookies on Loyal Aura for a small number of purposes:

• Strictly necessary — to keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your chosen language. The platform cannot function without these.
• Preferences — to remember choices you make (such as your locale or dashboard settings) so the product feels consistent.
• Marketing measurement — we use the Meta Pixel (see below) to measure how well our advertising works, for example how many visitors who saw an ad later requested a demo or signed up.

We do not sell your data.

Most cookies we set are first‑party (placed by Loyal Aura LLC). Some essential services we rely on — for example our payment processor for secure checkout — may set their own cookies when you interact with them. These are governed by the respective provider's cookie and privacy policies.

Meta Pixel. Our website (loyalaura.com) loads the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It may set Meta cookies (such as _fbp) and sends Meta information about your visit — pages viewed, conversion events such as contact or demo requests, sign-ups and subscriptions, plus technical data like your IP address and browser. Meta may use this information to measure and improve ads and, subject to your Meta settings, to show you ads. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. The Meta Pixel is not loaded on white-label agency domains, or on the loyalty card, join, coupon and feedback pages our merchants share with their own customers.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them entirely. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break core features such as signing in. For more on managing cookies, see your browser's help pages.

To opt out of the Meta Pixel, you can block third-party cookies or cookies from facebook.com / facebook.net in your browser, use a content or tracker blocker, and manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences (including the “Activity information from ad partners” setting).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
